PhpStorm losing keyboard

These commands is really really good :D :D :D

ibus restart && sleep 1 && ibus engine xkb:se::swe

Edit:

if you use only one keyboard layout you can go to : System Settings ­> Language Support
and change Keyboard input method at the bottom of the page from ibus to none.
It's the easiest way to fix this problem.
